Today, standing outside, I looked at the sky and for a moment I felt in the vastness, depth and in the big picture how short life really is. God gives us the opportunity to see, find and be in the beautiful, light, beloved in the cauldron of internal and mutual torment, suffering, and pain!
How much do we waste our time on completely unnecessary things, actions, feelings, actions, thoughts? How much time do we spend on trifles, explaining, understanding, catching up?
To be happy and happy - you just need to be like that.
We have so little time for this. To learn something in life and often there is no time left to stay in it, to live, because in the race we have missed something important.
Why are people ready to hurt themselves and others? It is more beautiful to be in harmony and love!
What do appearances, pretending, all the masks we put on ourselves bring?
It oppresses the true Soul of each one, makes it hurt, shrink and wither. Each person is much different inside than they think. Deep down there is true, deep and infinite Love!
Why waste your time and life to get away from it?
Accept everything that happens to you!
Forgive those who hurt you!
Give thanks for everything you have!
Love yourself and everything around you!
Every breath - every minute and moment!!!
In trifles, in hatred, in pride, the Soul breaks and splits into small fragments. Beyond time and space-in Eternity-Love it connects again, becomes whole, united and bright!

REFLECTIONS ON DEVELOPMENT
I have come to the point when I have decided to tell about my activity and the lessons I have learned from my teacher L. Aktavio.
I wonder what prevents me (people) from looking, opening up to the vastness, further from the limit of my comfort, further from the abilities of my mind, further from the sight of the eyes, further from everything usual?
To see a leaf of a tree, but to see what is more, to feel. The main thing is not to remake this wooden leaf, which everyone tries to do. Active day by day and massively.
Similar to a helicopter when the propeller takes off and spins, leaving bigger circles on the ground, or when a stone is thrown into water and circles are drawn. In the end, everything just merges, without boundaries. When the helicopter is very high, it is everywhere in the sky. Does the stone, sinking to the bottom, allow everything to merge without boundaries.
Likewise for me, the mind is like a stone in the universe and he draws circles, boundaries as far as I can understand. What will make me merge, a mind that drags me down or numbs me, or a love that lets me fly?
Is it fear or mistrust? Lack of love, disobedience, what is there in this circle? Lack of love!
I feel stuck. Is it a comfort limit that prevents you from moving forward?
It is indeed comfort, but comfort comes from the mind's limitation in understanding. From the physical manifestations of desire, which are often low, bare, familial, economic, confined, polluted......
How many circles are there in the world, on which people grind? Such circles are the whole life of man while he is on earth. Only each has a different composition, quantity and intensity. In which circles is it good for a person to live? Love!!!
Can those in different circles get along? In principle, the circles are basically the same for everyone, but in many combinations, colors, flavors, and activities. You can already understand, but how many people want to feel and develop in it?
What is development - understanding and change? Why does man destroy all living things? Because in his nature he is weak, imperfect - full of fear, therefore he needs to feel superior through manifestations.
What is behind what I understand? Universe, vastness, love, light? This is too much for me. Am I actually comfortable with this?!
What do I need to do in my life? Need to change to another quality!
I want to understand all the time, but it seems that the only answer is to increase love for myself and the universe. Why does a person want more when in reality everything is so simple and beautiful? Desires for fulfillment and their non-fulfillment........it drives.
Why are there so many poisonous plants in nature? There are light forces and dark forces. Otherwise, the meaning of development would be lost. Why has God created so many things that can harm man?
Man is the greatest bastard in his actions and depravity, who must be driven to misery in order to develop into love. I mean poisonous berries, fruits. To teach respect? Rather fight! If he doesn't deserve it, he won't get those fruits :).
Is it not enough what man himself can create by harming himself? Everyone gets used to themselves and then a mirror is needed - the surroundings.
Why are there earthquakes in one place and not in another? Why do malaria flies or mosquitoes live in one place and not in another? Nations are born according to their accumulations and karmas.
Why is there a desert where nothing grows? Does it show people what their Soul is like without love? One single endless sand! Good idea!
Why is the world so divided? Development, diversity.
Why do people live without awareness? It's not. There is greater and lesser awareness, but there is. There is no standing still.
What leads people astray? Only their deformed mind and distorted consciousness, life views, character traits (inheritance).
Why does a person like warm better than cold? Because there is good and bad - the division of feelings and its boundary is thin. When I am in the shower, I am happy and enjoy how warm water caresses my body. I wonder why I can't feel the same with cooler water, not even cold?
For example, it did not touch the frog - man was created for God, his cells are like that. Yes, the first one is shock, but when you merge with it, when you don't resist, the difference disappears.
Warm, cold, good, bad? A person also has this ability - to turn off the world of feelings and then feel nothing. It is one of the 7 bodies of the aura, it can be removed and you can do anything with the body - you will not feel it. These abilities can be trained. Everything in this life is training. What we repeat many times and often also happens and comes true! Where consciousness or attention is, it happens and comes to pass!
WHY DEVELOPMENT IS NEEDED
The law of cause and effect works in the life of all as one people on earth!
Each of our workbench-tools in our therapy is able to go to the causes and dissolve and change them. It is necessary to change and harmonize.
You can change anything and everything in this life!!! You have to learn yourself and teach others how to do it in our therapy with our tools. People just need to be educated that it is not always or never pleasant. That it can be painful, unpleasant, requires patience, persistence and should be a goal.
It can also be very enjoyable, divine, liberating and creative for many people. Depends on the accumulation of sins, amount, types and attitude towards life.
We create therapy, workbenches, tools and must continue so that it works and results in changes and improvements. But it occurs to many in the Soul that everything will not come at once, immediately and in abundance. To spit on them about what they created, what they did, about life, themselves and others.
Our videos, music, meditation, gongs are able to go to the causes themselves and understand them. You have to tell how it happens. And when this happens, people must be taught to harmonize. Our tools do that too, we just need to teach people how to do it. And through these processes, results, concrete changes, improvements, goals and achievements should be obtained. From the simplest to the most complex.
All this is real if you yourself see the nature of things in life and learn. If you start to achieve your goals and get real improvements, then more and more people will lean towards what is necessary for the soul, useful and long-awaited!
For that, you need to develop, organize and develop yourself, tools and processes. But you can get caught halfway by your EGO and don't want to, can't, and don't need to go any further. It's a pity, but what to do?
Energy is different, consisting of information and energy.
Domestic energies and pleasure energies are saturated with coarser vibrations and a person maintains them, tames them and moves through life together with them. The lower the energy in the processes, the more and more intensely it can be felt, because it has the force of inertia.
For example, by combining aggression directed at a certain distance and love directed at the same distance, the heavier, rougher and more tangible the aggression will be felt more effectively.
The energy of love will be flowing, vast and volatile. A person gets used to living in a set of his beliefs and his Soul structures get used to live like that and get energy in certain fluctuations and quantity. As long as a person changes his views, the composition of energies changes and it is necessary to get used to new energies, perceive them and live with them. They have a different consistency, smell and taste, and when they undergo major changes, a person does not recognize them.
It is the same for you, when there are big changes, then such a transition to energy of a different quality is formed. And that's why the feeling when there is not so much of the previously known, familiar, usual.
Another process where you can use a lot of energy is in the transfer, evaluation and thought mixer of life processes, which is activated by past events, new knowledge, new things and changes in living spaces!
In life, in the universe, there is such a regularity that a person must learn to understand the interaction between himself and the energies of the universe. The easiest way to start getting to know it is from yourself, observing the ongoing processes within yourself. The best way to do this is to observe what happens in your body from what you eat. It is most directly related to the functioning of your body, life and well-being. Your life depends equally on your feelings, thoughts and actions. And the other part is the food you consume, and from it the activity of your physical body is formed - metabolism.
These two processes - energy and the activity of the physical organism also make up the flow of the river of your life.
In this flow, in turn, the rivers of the life direction of all people alternate and are interconnected. Therefore, looking more broadly at the structure of the world, it turns out that we humans, nature and everyone who lives on earth are a whole set of conditions created by the highest intelligence in the universe.
And there are laws that guide and shape these life processes. They are guided only in one direction, so that a person learns to understand what is positive, love and how to live in it. In awareness!

In turn, these basic processes depend on energetic accumulations - karmas. And so everything is interconnected and makes up a very complex mechanism of processes.
We can look at and understand the mechanism closest to us. Everything we eat is processed in our body and forms metabolic processes. The activity of our body depends on the metabolic processes, so our mood, health, the amount and quality of energy released in this process.
Watch your feelings after you eat! Let's say about half an hour after that. What does your body feel like? You feel lively, active, cheerful, gentle, loving, you want to do many things in life and are able to do them. Are you feeling completely opposite - do you feel tired, apathetic, angry or tired, do you want to sleep or sit and postpone everything for later? The mood is dull, sullen, lethargic. It is important to observe the process for some time, what products you use, how you feel afterwards. And products that cause fatigue should be removed from daily meals for a while. During such research, our consciousness grows and develops.
Because the very mechanism of processes is such that first a person does and then consequences arise from what he has done. So, from the eaten products, a metabolic reaction is formed in the body and it makes us get to know ourselves, in this way we observe and get to know ourselves and the processes within ourselves and the interaction with the world. If we want to feel lively, energetic and good, then we need to find out what products help you in this. This is how we create conscious processes that we create and create within ourselves.
And this forces us to discipline our desires, mind and consciousness, if we eat products that do not correspond to our metabolism, then we will feel bad and the body's activity will be diverted or slowed down. So, gaining an understanding of desired processes, one has to discipline one's consciousness and limit one's desires. The growth of consciousness is when we become aware of the law of cause and effect.
First we do and then there are consequences in the processes. Do the consequences bring about the desired or not. Your next action choices depend on it. Do they move you towards your desired goals or away from them? This can be understood by passing from time to time to the analysis of life development processes. It is desirable to do this within a week, a month, half a year, a year and several years.
By performing such an analysis, review the processes of life, whether they are moving in the direction of the goals set for you or, on the contrary, despite your persistent desires.
In order to consciously create and move towards desired goals and living conditions in life, it is necessary to understand the laws of these actions and consequences. That's why you need to get to know the processes in yourself and in the universe. The more we get to know the operation of these regularities, the more opportunities there are to direct life where you want and how you want. To be the owner and determiner of your life. Rather than flowing through the processes of life as life directs them. Then, many factors of the outside world and everyday accumulations participate in those processes - guided by society's programs.

Me: Well, he is such a dog, he feeds and maintains many dogs in his space of the universe. It already sheds those scumbags, but a person must be able to accept it, love it and give it up. Then the dog cannot hold it (Love energies are the highest vibrations) - or separates or dissolves. Then there will be less need to layer. All the time, there is a battle between the good and the bad for the Soul of a person, who can possess and receive energy with his own permission. A person willingly turns to it and serves. It is given to man by God at his own choice.
S: It often seems redundant - is the choice really given? Such enormous willpower, faith, understanding, purpose and Divine qualities must be and must be developed in order to realize that it is not me - as a Soul, but the sushki - that life is suffocating. When everything darkens, it seems that there is no choice, because you do not see a ray and enter into that darkness. You teach so much how to be in it or don't go there and I still feel like I haven't learned anything. Because there are more and more strong "bumps" in life processes in general. Thanks for this vision!
Me: Yes, everything is as you write! Eruptions remain stronger, the more pride is activated, expressions, demands through the processes of work and life, perceived in behavior, feel a lot of it as the Divine.
S: Do I understand correctly that lately I have activated pride etc. in my behavior and attitude - under the banner of esoteric teachings and spirituality - without realizing that I am far from the Divine in this? That's why the tusks are activated and life is falling more and more strongly?
Me: That is absolutely right. It has been activated in each of them all the time, only I suppressed it in every way for each of you and nurtured it to go differently. Therefore, on average, you could move well and successfully in everything and create a different future and yourself. But for that I have received hatred, destruction and become a stranger and an enemy. The true page of life!
S: Complete degradation of human consciousness. It is the same with Christ. But how to live and teach Teachers in general? And how to learn for students? There must be some middle ground. I did not realize that such processes were taking place. May God forgive me and forgive you, please. How can our relationship develop further? I want to learn and not hurt you. Cooperate - create and learn to create beautiful processes. But go with your energy, not yours? I am really confused, is this really possible?
Me: It is necessary to teach as much as a person is capable of changing, but where is the limit??? (Man's will - choice). It will take a long journey of many lifetimes. If you want, you can do a lot. You can't give a person much if he doesn't ask. He himself must will and make sacrifices to work out his karmas, not to arrange his life. My inadequacy, when I have always given more to live better and the processes that everyone wants to happen, than required real development and work, so that it is invested in what everyone wants. Good giving also requires learning how to do any other thing. You said very precisely about Christ. He was also sent to earth to show what abilities in man are generally given by God, so that people learn and go to Love. But its darkness is so great and all around that it destroys….
