Return and Refund Policy

You have the right to return a physical product within 15 days.

The order cancellation period is 15 days from the date on which you received the goods or when a third party other than the carrier and you are indicated takes over the delivered goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will refund you no later than 15 days from the date on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the order and you will not be charged for such reimbursement.

Return conditions:

In order to be able to return the goods, please make sure that:

The goods were purchased within the last 15 days

The goods are in their original packaging

The following goods cannot be returned:

The delivery of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

Delivery of goods which are inherently unsuitable for return, such as goods which are perishable or have expired.

Delivery of goods which are inherently unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons and have been removed after delivery.

Delivery of goods which are inherently inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to refuse to return any goods which do not comply with the above return conditions.

Return of goods

You are responsible for the costs and risks of returning the goods to us. The goods must be sent to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods which are damaged or lost during return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and traceable postal service. We cannot issue a refund if the goods have not actually been received or proof of return delivery has been received.

Informational goods in digital format (mp3, mp4) cannot be returned and are not eligible for a refund.
